We had pastas and burgers for dinner and a cheesecake for dessert cause you can never skip that at The Cheesecake Factory. Wonderful food as always and the cheesecake always hits!

Very nice restaurant with good and tasty food that is fresh and with good selection of vegetables. Big portions and a known amazing selection of cheesecake - including low carb cheesecake. We came here with friends for a lunch in December and had a great time. Will definitely come back next time I am in Boston

Service was excellent from the host who seated us to our waiter. The waiter was timely, very polite and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was great, which it was. Food was delicious and the drinks were very well balanced and the price is average. Will definitely go back to this establishment for sure!!!

The food quality is good; however, I am not satisfied with the behavior of the staff, particularly the waiters and waitresses. I did not have a positive experience with the staff or the overall atmosphere.

A Comfort-Filled Winter Visit to The Cheesecake Factory
Stepping into The Cheesecake Factory this winter felt like reconnecting with an old favourite after a long pause. Having last visited nearly five years ago in Dubai, this experience carried a quiet sense of nostalgia—familiar yet refreshed. In the colder months, the restaurant feels especially comforting: warm lighting, a lively but cosy atmosphere, and that unmistakable buzz that makes you feel instantly welcome.
What truly elevated the visit was the staff, particularly Adam, whose attentiveness and warmth stood out from the moment we were seated. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and genuinely friendly—patiently guiding us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations, and checking in just enough to make us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. His knowledge of the menu made it easy to revisit some of The Cheesecake Factory’s most iconic dishes with confidence.
After much deliberation (the menu is still impressively extensive), we decided to try a few of the most famous items—the kind you almost feel obliged to order. Each dish arrived generously portioned, beautifully presented, and consistent with the quality remembered from years ago. The flavours were rich and indulgent, exactly what you crave on a winter evening, and it was reassuring to find that the brand’s signature comfort-food identity remains intact across continents and time.
Of course, no visit would be complete without cheesecake. Decadent, perfectly balanced, and unmistakably classic, it felt like the final note that tied the entire experience together—a reminder of why this place has such a loyal following worldwide. Enjoying it slowly, with the cold weather outside and warmth within, made the moment feel particularly satisfying.
Revisiting The Cheesecake Factory after five years wasn’t just about the food—it was about consistency,

Our waiter Jairo was friendly and attentive. We ordered lunch chinese chicken salad (tasty, similar to Applebee's Asian salad) (good portion size), basil tomato flatbread with side salad (yummy), evelyn's favorite pasta (good but nothing like photos, had less vegetables, not worth getting again in my opinion), sheperd's pie (delicious and hearty), and herb crusted salmon (fresh but I think the grilled salmon is better). Overall thumbs up good experience but they don't give out the Andes mints anymore :(

To go food was cold even though I came well within the pickup time to get food, no silver ware in bag even though I did ask for it, woman at the front let her co worker help 4 guests while she skipped the first come first serve policy a line implies and helped her friend get her food, then did not acknowledge any other guest.

The food at this Cheesecake Factory location was delicious. My family and I came here for lunch, and they truly made it worthwhile. I ordered the steak, and it was incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

Restaurantji Recommends
Said they would validate parking which is a lie. They “validate” it which takes off $5, and so you will still be charged $18. Would not recommend anyone going here
Excellent menu . Very good choice for everyone
