I come there for a booth since we have kids. Front desk lady said it would be a 10 min wait for a booth. Then we waited 25 and they sat us at a half booth. When I objected, the manager said it be a longer wait for full booth. I asked them about the six empty full booths I could visually see. The manager said those were unavailable. So I told him “ I will spend my money somewhere else “ and left. I Will never go to any Factory again. Their food sucks anyways.
I am reposting this because I saw your response to let you know that I wasn’t in fact speaking to the manager you had on the black top and the red pants however, I can’t tell you her name she didn’t even introduce herself or she’s so rude. told us she was sorry, but there were certain things that she would not comp and we didn’t even ask her to do so
Came in to have Light bites and drinks with family we ordered appetizers. They didn’t come out for over 45 minutes when I brought this to the attention woman with black shirt and red pants and pearls who did not introduce herself. She immediately
to what she would calm, which wasn’t the intense of telling her what was wrong it was to correct the situation and then she told me that they had a party of 30 slow down the food service. In all fairness, she did say that that was not an excuse however, I found her demeanor to be very cold and she seemed to think we wanted something for free, which was not the intent, and I was offended by that I think And will do better would be sufficient. Our server, Juan was great. He did his job wonderfully. I have a vegan restriction and he went and made sure that he could accommodate me which I thought was really
Courteous. I’ve been to many cheesecake factory the service here was not the best from the management and that’s where all Service begins.
Super nice staff & great food! The food was prepared very quickly and staff gave their recommendations for food that ended up being as good as was described!
Visiting from Asia, Cheesecake Factory was top of my list and it was great. The menu is overwhelmingly big, mains and the cheesecake and the over-the-top decor sets the atmosphere right! Everything feels massive and of course the food is great. I had the chicken parmigiana and the tiramisu cheesecake which were both awesome. Portions here are huge so I suggest skipping the complimentary bread.
Great atmosphere, service is ok, they seem to disappear when your ready to pay. Food is usually good but they got rid of the chicken marsala which was the best chicken dish. Pretty unhappy about that.

Served us RAW prawns! That’s inexcusable, end of story - even tho we got a new plate. I think the restaurant is too big and kitchen cannot cope or something

The food was delicious! The service was awful! I ordered the food and a milk shake. I was told when I ordered that the milkshake wouldn't come until 2 minutes after the food was brought out. After I was done about 90% of my meal and finally saw a waiter ( not mine) that I all set with the shake it's taking a bit to longer. He said he'll take it off the check. A few minutes letter here comes the shake. As I'm still eating mouth full of food the waitress asked if I was all set and if she could take my plate. I WAS STILL EATING! In the meantime, there are 4 waiters up front standing around on their phone.

It’s a Cheesecake factory. What else is there to say? Decor makes no sense. Food is made from scratch. Parents love how kid-friendly the menu is.
Get in, get out and no hassle. Same items, but whoever was in the kitchen did a better job than our other visits in Chestnut hill and Natick.
Kid-friendliness: We always ask for extra sauce on mac and cheese and Alfredo - they will gladly do subs on pasta types.

After the Boston Pops concert we walked over to Cheesecake Factory to order up some dessert, which finished off the night perfectly. I ordered the lemon raspberry cheesecake, while my son ordered the Oreo cheesecake. I was glad for the raspberry sauce on the lemon raspberry, as it really enhanced the flavor. The Oreo cheesecake was rich with chocolate, so if you love chocolate it’s a winner. Service was great, would come again.
Dietary restrictions: They have a great “light” menu, including two cheesecake dessert options!

It is what it is. Mediocre food at high prices and middling but wide variety of cheesecake. They're still coasting on their early success as a brand. My kid really likes the avo egg rolls.

As someone from Connecticut, I was excited to try The Cheesecake Factory at Prudential, but it fell short of my expectations. The food didn’t have the same freshness and flavor I’m used to in Connecticut, and the service felt rushed compared to the amazing attention I’ve experienced back home. Hoping for better consistency across locations!

Do not come to this location. My goodness. The quality in service, and beverage severely lacks. 25 minutes for water to arrive at table. Beer showed up, skunked from bad keg. Food another 30 minutes. Truly a bad experience. Wish I did not have to report this and I was able to report a better experience. Hope this helps management improve, process, service, and product.
