Service was slow, food arrived missing a key ingredient. Was remade but other half had finished meal by the time it was remade. Food was overly salty.

I had a really bad experience at this location. Rude, innatentive staff. My waitress loudly demended to leave tips for her, pointing with her finger to the suggested amount, talking to me like I have a hearing issues. It was unacceptable and humiliating.

Visiting from uk first night in Boston.
The food was delivered in quick time sadly that’s where the good ends.
I had the Chicken Madeira pasta the meal was lukewarm with virtually no sauce. The meal was re cooked but came back hot in middle with the outer still lukewarm with watery sauce. I refused the third offer of re cooking
My wife had fish and chips the fish was nice but again the chips were lukewarm.
They did however give us two cheesecake of our choice free of charge.
Not a good experience.

Very disappointing. It was my first time at a Cheesecake Factory and the service was pretty bad. The waiter served us our drinks 45 min after we arrived, no glass of water. We ordered a principal meal but it was too long ( approx. 1hour and half after), so we asked for the bill and he give it to us right a way... Like he was ready for us to leave :/.

The service guy didn’t even offer us water it took 45min before we got are drinks and 55 min for the appetizer we order dinner too but it was not coming after 1h30 and we arrive at the same time as a couple and they got everything in les then 50 min !

The food was absolutely delicious, and I had the best cheesecake of my life. However, our visit started on a bad note due to the hostess at the entrance. She was very unfriendly, almost like a prison guard, and almost disrespectful. Because of her, we missed out on the parking discount, which cost us $15. That was a disappointing and bitter start to our meal. Fortunately, our server was a young man who was incredibly nice and made our experience much better.
