Beautiful hotel. Super close to newbury street. Matt and Sam were super friendly and personable and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was memorable and easy. Great views. Super clean, check in and checkout was also fast which I really appreciated. So nice to have this hotel for when I visit Boston again.

I stay at the Colonnade in a regular basis, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The hotel is very close to great shopping and restaurants on Newbury and it’s s an easy walk to Fenway Park. The Prudential Center and mall is just across the street and there’s a T stop right in front of the building. When you stay you’ll be welcomed by the friendliest and most helpful doormen you can find. Norman and Denneke (among others) are the best. And make sure to stop by the hotel restaurant/ bar, Lucie.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The Colonnade Hotel is a great place to stay as it is very clean and centrally located to much of Boston. Kira and her team were extremely helpful at the front desk. Meredith and Keara have been of great assistance also! Meredith, Kira and Keara have convinced me to come back in the very near future. They are excellent representatives of the Colonnade. I urge you to consider staying here also as I highly recommend it..

Excellent customer service. I was traveling to Boston for work and this was my first trip away from my baby. I am a nursing mom and needed assistance with milk storage during the week… the customer service and helpfulness of Matt and the rest of the Colonnade team made this the easiest process possible. The hotel itself is a perfect location for anyone traveling to the Convention Center or the mall, and transportation to and from the airport is easy. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. All around a great experience.

This hotel is a beautiful property with very friendly staff. Especially Matt. He was super helpful with food recommendations, answering any questions I had regarding the surrounding area and consistently acknowledging me upon arrival and departure. The entire staff from the door to the housekeepers conveyed the same energy. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to others. This property was walking distance or a short ride to many local entertainment options.

I had the privilege of staying at The Colonnade last week and it was truly delightful! Matt at the front desk was pleasant, kind & easy. The housekeeping staff was top-shelf! Norman the doorman is an absolute treasure! He genuinely cares about everyone that walks through his doors and it shows! He wants to make sure you have the best experience possible. He was kind, genuine and honestly interested in feedback on the Colonnade experience. There was one staff member we found to be less than, and I did share my experience with Norman. This man worked at the front desk and was very condescending to a co-worker as well as to us when we had a minor issue. He should certainly not be working with the public! Overall, I would rate my stay as 9 out of 10 only due to that one staff member. Everyone else we encountered went above & beyond! Thank you!

The display of professionalism from Melanie and her team was exceptional It is the best experience I have had with my family bar none !! We have done a lot of traveling over the years and are very very experienced at this ( the nature of my work !). The standard of the rooms were extremely high including all furnishings and bed comforts. Thank you all at Colonnade for a truly rememberable experience.

The location in downtown Boston could not be better; walking distance from many sights and sounds. Right next to Northeastern University.Had a great view from the room window
The best part of this hotel is it's location to the Green Line. I have no idea why they place names like superior room on any of there rooms, superior to what? The motel 8? Let's be honest this hotel is okay, the rooms are small and the price for parking is stupid crazy. I will not be staying here again.

I will be choosing the Colonnade for any trip in or near Boston in the future.Rooms: My room was beautiful and luxurious. The beds were crisp and comfortable. I felt pampered and well cared for by the hotel staff, and had everything I could have needed for my stay away from home. I am glad to have stayed at the Colonnade.

tl;dr: No EV charging for electric vehicles in this day and age when they are flying off the shelves!The Colonnade is a hotel whose prime starts at the pavement outside and ends past the lobby. Then you are stuck in a period drama without proper internet TV in the rooms, slow as molasses internet in the rooms and the common areas and a car park that lacks proper EV charging station strategy and facility.Rooms: A comfortable bed with a decent bathroom but dated furnishings overall with peeling furniture and amenities that are not kept up with time (useless internet TV for Netflix, etc. and very slow internet)
