We were very pleased with our experience at this restaurant. We asked for a quiet romantic table and got seated at a very nice table with comfortable chairs. Fish and chips were amazing and the Smash burger was delicious. Stellar service.
Loved the cozy, yet chic pub vibe and charming staff! We came to experience The Fed’s famous cocktails, but we were blown away by the food selections as well. When the staff heard it was my mother’s first time in Boston, Chef John made it extra special by creating a delicious Seafood tower for us! (The scallop ceviche was to die for!) The four of us sampled the pretzel, clam chowder and pasta dishes, and I’ll be making another trip back just to have the grilled asparagus...
The service left nothing to be desired— everything was amazing. Our server Marco was attentive and knowledgeable down to how many ounces each component of each appetizer was. The food was delicious and the drinks were unique and worth the price. Our only complaint was on jazz night it was difficult to have a conversation, so keep the occasion in mind.
