Very good pizza, especially the pepperoni one, we were very well served by Gigi, very friendly and attentive.
The only thing that bothered us a little was the hostess, a bald guy with glasses, who welcomed us at the entrance to the restaurant, seemed uncomfortable with our presence, constantly looking at our table suspiciously. We were dressed the same as everyone else and our behavior was the same as everyone else there, so I really don't know what the reason was.
Other than that, great service and good food.

I called and I was told they do not allow service dogs? I thought public places in Boston are supposed to make accommodations for disabled patrons and their service dogs. I wonder why this place would not.

Had a great family style meal here on our first night back in Boston (3rd time in the city). Staff were excellent, good really good and the drinks were nice too. We were sat in a high booth which wasn’t particularly comfortable but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, really enjoyed our visit.
Loved the build your own board. Could do with a little more bread but staff were happy to provide more when they spotted us running low.

We had such a great meal and experience at The Salty Pig last night. We enjoyed: Local Burrata, Polpette Meatballs, Marinated Olives, Bucatini, Margherita & Soppressata Pizza and for dessert: the Affogato, Chocolate Torte and Olive Oil Cake. Everything was excellent and clearly freshly prepared. The cocktails were delectable too...I ordered a rum-based drink with guava and coconut and I'm still thinking about it! Meal portions are sizeable - we all had leftovers for lunch the next day. We were also impressed with our service - Roxanne is so timely, patient and kind...some of the best service we've had lately. Highly recommend a trip to The Salty Pig!

If you are by yourself and was just looking for a place to enjoy your alone time… Just sit at the full service bar and enjoy building your own board… start off with a beer coz you don’t know what is coming next… then indulge yourself with a glass of wine at 2:30 pm… who is judging… the place is relaxed, the bartender is taking care of you very well…I will be coming back !

Lots of fun aside from family being killed. Went with wife and two kids. Someone came up and shot them dead right there at our table. Other than that, food was delicious and servers were very polite.Would recommend.

I loved the pizza we had in the Salty pig! The pizza tasted amazing. The amount of salt, crispy bread, cooked dressing and everything was fantastic.

The food menu is exceptionally... short. With that, each dish I have tried (meatballs, pizza, and even just a plate of salad) were very tasty. And I loved their bread!!

We made reservations but only stayed for the appetizer as we felt the vibe was off. This place felt like a sports bar trying to be a hip restaurant. The burrata was good tho!
