I had a good experience renewing my passport here. I came in with a rather unusual situation, and the staff handled it with professionalism and clear expertise. Shoutout to the security as well everyone was helpful and courteous. Overall, a smooth and positive visit.

The rudest security staff! Total power tripping for absolutely no reason yelling at families with small children

family of three in front of me, father with two children that did not speak English and because the kids did not understand the guard decides to raise the volume 80 decibels screaming at them.

note! if someone doesn't speak the language, screaming at them doesn't help them understand anymore

they should be prison security guards, not security for a federal building. absolutely ridiculous... Boston is the rudest place in the country but come on that even went beyond and I'm from Boston

I had a very good experience there when renewing my passport. I presented the staff with a very peculiar set of circumstances and was met with professional and knowledgeable assistance. Kudos to the staff, including the security.

They serve you quickly what takes is the delivery of the passport 5 minutes was the oath the delivery 6 hours the passport

Horrible. The state dept has stopped all third party entities from processing 24-48 hour passports. Ridiculous!!!!!!!! My sister has a cruise booked. She has spent thousands of dollars on and can't get any help.

The staff at the Social Security office was helpful during my visit. However, the security checkpoint on Causeway St was rude. I did not expect to be yelled at the top of someone's lung at 10 in the morning.

The System for Award Management has had my renewal for over 45 days. The phone number has been busy for 30 days. I have tried to reach them hundreds of times. This is a joke!

I think security is very nice. Always was even in the 90" s. I get nervous in their cause their powerful in their which is great. But I talk to some federal employees smoking outside and they were normal. Not intimidating. Or snobby. But I wish they would paint it a brighter color then grey. Lol
