I went to the Boston location near Brighton Ave. It was difficult to find, but the Mango Boba was superb. I gave a 3 for atmosphere because the ordering room wasn't larger than 35 square feet, everything was in Japanese (understandable, but a bit more English would have been nice), and the TV was right in my face looping a strange video in either Chinese or Japanese.
