Came here early in the morning, got quick, polite and friendly service. I got a classic breakfast sandwich with bacon - 8/10 recommend (not quite enough bacon for my taste). Also got a hot latte that I enjoyed. Staff was very nice and happy to give recommendations and advice.

A bit of a mixed review. Visiting Boston for the first time and this was one of the only local places in walking distance from where we were staying (try to support local businesses when traveling rather than chains).The staff were super friendly and we came in with a large family of six (which can probably really stress out many). They got right on the orders and the wait was not bad for made-to-order sandwiches.Not being a big city resident, I was surprised there was no seating. I would probably state this somewhere in the website. We were out for the day - fortunately, there was a park just around the corner that we could sit at (so it all worked out).I have a mixed review on the food. I had a classic egg sandwich. The eggs were good but there was something off with the turkey. My other family members loved their breakfast sandwiches so maybe I just had bad luck.I was not a big fan of the coffee, but the hot chocolate was wonderfully made!Overall - a good experience.

I love Toasted Flats so much, but not as much as my dog Cisco does. Every time I walk by my dog drags me in to buy another coffee or sandwich. Every time Cisco enters the store he’s given several treats and warm welcomes. The staff at TF is excellent at making food and beverages but also making you feel welcomed in the neighborhood.

I love going to Toasted Flats especially on the weekends. I love hearing the music playing and the smell of the delicious foods being baked along with fresh coffee ☕️ brewing. Each time I go in there I have wonderful customer service from the ladies who all possess warm friendly smiles and service. See you again soon.?

I found this place by sheer luck. We had arrived at BOS airport and were on the way to NH but wanted to stop by somewhere for a quick bite. I searched Google and this place popped up. Great reviews, otw to our destination, so it made sense to stop by and give it a try. Their sandwiches were delicious! And they catered to my gluten allergy. They have very tasty GF tortillas in which they wrap up their sandwiches. My parents had Mediterranean chicken and I had tuna. Both sandwiches A+! We loved the food so much, we stopped by again on our way back to the airport the last day of our trip. BTW There's no place to sit inside. It's a grab and go kind of a joint so keep that in mind.

The other day I had the Bom Dia flatbread breakfast sandwich with fresh eggs, avocado, tomato and sriracha - and maybe some other things - but I got it without cheese. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I ever had.The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is that it is a bit pricey.But the quality of the food and the service is top-notch.
Best day cafe in the region! Awesome combination of healthy smoothies and acai bowl style foods with hearty and savory Breakfast and Lunch meals. All foods are fresh and natural and meals prepared in an incredibly fast manner! Very professional team all around!

I so rarely post a review, but Toasted Flats was so incredibly delicious. We got off a flight having barely eaten for hours and having seen the reviews, I knew we should come here. The staff was lovely, my husband was pleased with the array of coffee options, and the SANDWICHES! Caprese flat for me, Chicken pesto for him. So toasty, so melty, the pita they use for bread is perfectly fluffy but also has a bit of toasted crunch, the pesto is incredible, the micro greens make everything feel so fresh… 10/10 sandwich. Be careful eating, the oil will drip from the foil wrapping, but it was amazing.

This is a small cafe in Eastie. It's cute and quick, the workers are all very nice. I'm it definitely feels like a part of the community which I like. The only thing I'll say is the food is just okay. These are definitely items you could make at your own house easily for a fraction of the price. But when you need a quick smoothie or sandwich on the go this is a good option. I got the traditional smoothie (I think that is what it was called) and the blt. I didn't try the smoothie bowls but those looked fantastic and would probably be harder to make yourself so probably a better option.
