Service was excellent. The server and chef allowed me to order my favorite dish which was no longer on the menu. I appreciated it and enjoyed it very much!

Toscano offers tasty food in a pleasant, relaxed setting. Our server, Peter, was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. Everything I ate was fresh and well prepared. Peter brought us a complimentary tiramisu and that was super delish! One of the best tiramisus I've tasted.

Nice atmosphere . Very cordial wait staff and good service. Kitchen very accommodating re portion sizeโ€”-they will provide whatever size portion you want. Veal Milanese was good, but accompanying green salad was bland. Wife's penne and meat sauce was good. Nice cocktails and wine. Tiramisu was nice.

Everything was absolutely perfect! It was our first visit to Toscano but we are already planning our next time there. 5 ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ's !!!!!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. The starters were awful. The bruschetta was supposed to be a highlight, but it was a letdown โ€” the tomatoes had no flavor and looked unappetizing, as if they had just been chopped and placed on bread without any seasoning or care. The carpaccio was just okay, nothing memorable. As for the pasta, it was very average and lacked any distinctive taste or quality. Overall, the food was bland and uninspired. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

What a find! Gorgeous restaurant, it gives a quiet elegant feel. We had an amazing table right by the window in a quiet corner. The food was excellent, cocktails were outstanding, and the service was amazing. This is one of the rare restaurants that when you finish an appetizer, they reset you with clean silverware for your main course โ€” CLASS CLASS CLASS, I absolutely love this detail. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for incredible food with an amazing high end feel.

We went to Toscano at the recommendation of The Whitney Hotel staff. Five star experience in every way. We sat at the bar and our bartender was so pleasant. Food was excellent. We shared the bruschetta and Caesar salad which the kitchen split for us. Best bruschetta we have ever had. Caesar was dressed perfectly. I had the eggplant Parmesan starter as my entree and it was wonderfully fresh and delicious. My husband had the penne with meat sauce. Perfect amount of sauce that had a unique and delicious taste. My only regret was not having enough room for dessert! The ambience is cozy and stylish. We will most definitely come back the next time we are in Boston. ๏ฟผ

Roberto was on top of his game! His service was timely, forward thinking and caring. The food was sensational! The ravioli with ground duck sauce and the fish stew were amazing as was the asparagus appetizer. The drinks and desserts are also worth it!

The food and drink were exceptional, as usual, though the swordfish special portion was a bit disappointing. Service was fantastic. Noise level was louder than I've ever experienced there - not sure why.

What an amazing dining experience. From being greeted by the owner Richard, Manager Amy we knew our evening was off to a great start. The restaurant is beautifully designed and decorated with glass chandeliers and wall sconces, an old wood floor, nicely spaced tables accompanied by a large temperature controlled wine room on display in the center of the dining room. Daniel, our server is a great ambassador for not only Toscano , but for the whole city of Boston. Daniel guided us through the menu and made suggestions for both our wine and meal selections. We stared off with the Burrata Caprese with nice large slices of Heirloom Tomatoes and a fresh locally made Burrata. The Balsamic reduction they serve on the table is delicious and topped off the Caprese beautifully. The Mushroom Risotto with three or four kinds of mushrooms was cooked perfectly and had such an earthy flavor we could not stop eating it. Our entrees were both from the specials for the evening. The 10 oz Filet was cooked to perfection and served with a White Marsala Cream that I could have easily ordered a cup of to drink. The Grilled Seabass with roasted red peppers, roasted eggplant and spinach had the best flavor of any fish we had while in Boston. Desserts with the House Specialty of Tiramisu and a Blueberry tart that were eagerly devoured. Toscano has a great wine selection priced for people that are unfamiliar with wines and for those that enjoy high end wines at reasonable prices. If you are in Boston you really need to dine at Toscano. It will be a mandatory visit for us the next time we are in Boston. Dined 7/23/2025

The food was perfection, and the atmosphere was exactly what I wanted. The staff were very nice and friendly. I stayed for many hours, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I didn't even need a reservation! Their special is some kind of rigatoni infused with bacon which is very novel. The drinks as well were very good, I highly recommend ordering some kind of special. I would be so lucky as to go there again.
