Excellent sandwich’s and the cheese and sour cherry danish was to die for 🤤😋❤
Tatte absolutely lived up to the hype. The pastries, breakfast, and coffee were outstanding, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, you could really tell the ingredients were high quality. We had a funny moment asking for ketchup, and another employee kindly suggested their tomato jam instead, which ended up being absolutely delicious. The customer service felt a little different than what I'm used to, but the place was packed for a reason. The food alone is well worth the visit.
A lot of talent with the pastries, overall, but, I don't know why, they keep serving my latte at six thousand degrees. It must be the summer heat, but the boiler on that machine could run a steam locomotive. I don't like waiting 15, 20 minutes for this, and by the time we're cool, the foam is gone and I'm drinking a $6 cup of hot coffee. They ruin my morning.

Tatte Bakery & Cafe on Charles St. offers a delightful experience with delicious food and friendly service. Located conveniently next to the public gardens and Mass General Hospital, it features super tasty baked goods and great coffee. The turkey sandwich remains a flavorful choice, paired perfectly with a creamy latte. The chocolate tahini cookie sandwich is a must-try, and the palmier is also tasty. The cozy atmosphere, complete with a cute little patio, makes for a charming visit, even though it can get busy. Despite a small incident with a customer, the staff, including a friendly team member named Maisie, provides helpful and patient service. Tatte Bakery & Cafe is a reliable place worth returning to for more delightful treats, including the notable shakshuka, which is satisfying and warm, even if it's a bit sour for some. It is a highlight of Boston and a great spot to support local talent through good eats.
