We had a reservation for a Saturday lunch at 12:30. We shared the shrimp appetizer which was delicious, it just needed a spoon for the yummy sauce but we managed to. I ordered the salmon which was excellent but the side vegetables carrots and some asparagus were slightly overcooked. My husband had the lasagna and he ate every bit, a good portion. The service was very good and I noticed my water glass was never empty, which is helpful especially on a warm day. We would return.
Trattoria Il Panino is a forever favorite of ours, from catching up with old friends to dinners with new loves, it remains a guaranteed phenomenal meal, excellent service, and perfect ambiance. We have been dining here for over 15 years and cannot wait to continue for the next 15 and beyond.
Food was good, service lacking. Never asked for a drink order and only gave us ice water with our meal. The didn't have cappuccino or coffee available with dessert so we cancelled the dessert and went to an Italian bakery for dessert and cappuccino afterwards. It was also very noisy, not “Energetic”!
