I recently celebrated my birthday with an afternoon tea at Trifecta, anticipating a memorable and enjoyable experience. Regrettably, the service did not meet expectations. I was required to light my own birthday candle, while other parties received assistance, and my inquiries regarding caviar and additional champagne were not addressed. Every guest deserves the same level of attentive service, particularly when paying for a premium experience. I sincerely hope management will consider this feedback to ensure all guests are treated with the care and respect they merit.

Our afternoon tea at the Four Seasons was absolutely perfect. The food and drinks were so good, and Grace was truly a breath of fresh air. She was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and personal. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and can’t wait to come back and be served by her again. I can not wait to go back for my next experience. overall 10/10 recommend

Highly recommend this tea service for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family! We were a large group and were blown away by the incredible attention to detail and service. The Four Seasons provides one of the highest quality experiences in Greater Boston in terms of a traditional high tea. They also add a modern twist as each tea comes with a liquor/spirit pairing, delicious finger foods, and an alcoholic beverage (if you choose). Each guest gets their own unique dish set to enjoy during their tea and can dine in style. Can’t wait to come back!

The cafe is on the first floor, with the view of busy street. The decor and atmosphere is nice, with cute teapots. The food is really heavy on sugar and carbs. Tiny portions of sandwiches. A lot of sweets. We left very hungry. For the money we paid I would rather go to good steak house. This place is for fun, but not for food. Service was ok, but when we spilled the drink, nobody noticed. Also, they missed to bring small appetizer to our table. Place is overpriced and overrated.

What a wonderful time we had at Trifecta!!
This is our sons favorite place to eat do we took him after his college graduation.
We had a 5:00 pm reservation on a Saturday evening but were kindly greeted and seated at our table.
Staff were very polite and professional.
We had our drinks brought to us after a few minutes and then ordered our food.
I had the Togarashi Chicken wrap and it was superb!!
My wife and mother in law had the Trifecta burger and both loved it!
My son had the truffle fries and they were amazing!
The vibe in here is very laid back and service is absolutely the best. In my opinion that is a winning combination. Along with great food and drinks!! I highly recommend Trifecta for a first class dining experience !

Afternoon Tea at Trifecta was a breath of fresh air. You will be hard pressed to find an Afternoon Tea experience on this level outside of London. There are a few in NYC that are amazing in their own right, but we will definitely be returning Trifecta in Boston. They were very accommodating to our vegetarian diets and the food and tea were amazing. Each tea also came with a small serving of a curated liquor to complement them which is something I have never experienced before. They do use tea bags, which is something I have become a bit of a snob about when they don’t have the loose leaf tea. But there was no doubt in my mind that I was still getting a quality product albeit in tea bag form. I look forward to returning on our next visit to Boston. Shoutout to Amy and the rest of the team for giving us such a memorable experience.

Service was excellent. Food was tasty. Really enjoyed the ambiance. My favorite was honestly the cucumber and dill! Traditional combo but done well! I also like the chestnut chocolate tart.

I enjoy the tea pots, which were all unique. I do wish there were options for herbal tea beyond one: chamomile.

Wilson was a great host!

The high tea service is perfection (and much more filling than it looks, so be sure to come with an appetite!). They serve each of the teas with a paired that you can either enjoy on the side or spike your drink with. Service was impeccable, although I feel like that’s a given at the Four Seasons. Standouts were the lobster roll and unique take on deviled eggs.

The Trifecta is an elegant cocktail lounge perched in the Four Seasons One Dalton in Boston's Bay neighborhood. This street level lobby bar is a fun, lively spot offering creative cocktails, fine wines and light cuisine. There is a grand selection of cocktails and my favorite was Monkey Business: Aged Rum, Banana & Coffee.
