We enjoyed everything we had. I wish the portions were slightly larger for some of the items from the kitchen. I wish the sushi bar was more "interactive" in the sense that it'd be nice if the items were delivered by the sushi chefs over the counter instead of by a server.

Delicious, tasteful, interesting. Outstanding cocktails. Delicious saki. I would skip the oysters. They were frozen with ice all over the actual oyster. The rest was outstanding, and we tried several options.

It's a nice spot with a very energetic ambience. Lots of talking, less eating. This restaurant resembles fine dining yet is not quite there. One major issue for me is the serving sizes. I've enjoyed my fair share of fine dining, but some of these dishes were comically small. I actually laughed when I saw the Aji Mackerel. 4 pieces each the size of a US Penny, around 2 pennies thick. I love food, I love fine dining experiences, and I hate to say it, but coming here you genuinely feel like you've been cheated. I will say, the tuna with foi gras tasted amazing with beautiful presentation.

High top seating by the host stand was very awkward. Not something you would expect from a restaurant of this tier.

We have loved Uni for many years. The food, as always, was excellent but the shared high top table was a lousy experience. You feel crammed in, it's incredibly noisy and the person against the wall keeps having to get up and move out because there's no room to let anyone pass. It feels like a cash grab to cram in a couple extra seats at the expense of customer comfort, which, given the price of the food, is a disservice.

A consistent favorite. Must have the Uni Spoon and the Spicy Tuna & Foie Gras Tataki. I love the seasonal takes on their dishes.

The food we did get was delicious, but they ran out of multiple things we ordered and didn't offer replacements. It was also very expensive for what it was.

My wife had drinks and dinner at Uni a few years back and had a wonderful time. So we were in Boston this weekend and went to Uni on Saturday 10/18. A repeat performance. First, the service was amazing again. The drinks were fantastic. (Try the tipsy dipsy) We ordered a few apps (a couple of times, lol) and a sushi roll. We loved it!!!! We met some very nice couples and enjoyed their company. Cant say enough about Uni. You won't be disappointed.

Food was amazing. Restaurant was super loud. The best item we ordered was the Oysters, this is a must try if you're an oyster fan. Everything was delicious, the only complaint would be that the noodles were a bit salty but still good!

Tasting menu food was great but took way too long between courses to the point where we had to ask for them to expedite. An 8 course meal took over 2.5 hours.

I had an open night and decided to treat myself with a great meal. I opted for the Omakase dinner with wine pairings and it was amazing. It was very pricey but the amazing quality and attention to detail was incredible. My server was extremely knowledgeable and paced the courses really well. Thank you for an amazing and memorable meal.

This is a lovely restaurant that has a very different take on Japanese fare than the usual/basic sushi and sashimi. The offerings are different in their presentation as well as in their flavor profiles. It was quite inventive and delicious. Their were lovely cocktails and a nice sake tasting sampler. The service was excellent and well paced. The only drawback (which is not the fault of the restaurant) was that we were seated near a table of frat boys who got a little loud which took away from the atmosphere which is otherwise one of refined dining.

The fish is amazing and very tasty. The service is fast but a very pushy waiter when ordering. This is more of a modern sushi fusion idea. If you're looking for a traditional Japanese experience this is not your place. The noise is a factor and it's super loud!

Food and service was great! I chose the a la carte menu, not the chef suggestion. But if you don't like very loud environment stay away.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated outdoor seating on a nice night. Good quality was excellent. If you are looking for a great experience and not too hungry, this would be the place to go. We however found it very expensive ($22 for a spoon appetizer) so just be aware that it is great food at a very high price point.
