Not sure why there are so many bad reviews as we found this parking garage to be just what we needed. It was close to our hotel (3 min walk) and the hotel wanted to charge $70 per day for valet so $80 with tip. PI Alley was only $28. Just scan QR code when entering and leaving. They clearly stated that you can't go in and out during the stay. As noted on other reviews it is a bit tight so may be challenging for large trucks and suv’s. We would certainly recommend.

Relatively cheap on the weekends, considering the parking prices in downtown. Much more expensive during weekdays. Would recommend using the app and book in advance. Super easy! Only downside, the garage itself is a bit narrow, which is pretty common in that area though.
