EDIT: people really get bent out of shape about the most random stuff in these reviews, I don't think any of it is warranted. I pop in now and then and I really like their food and never have any issues with service, everyone is friendly. I grew up out in southern CA eating Mexican almost daily, and this is my favorite Mexican spot on the east coast (Alejandro's in Roanoke VA of all places is a close second). Since relocating from the New England area, I've missed access to Villa Mexico Cafe. This year, I ordered their infamous (authentic and delicious) Black Salsa for the whole family for the holidays! It's a real treat and one I'm grateful for. Their food and service have always been spectacular (and spectacularly friendly). Well worth a visit to their Boston location... or a mail-order if you are not in Boston! Viva la Villa Mexico Cafe!❤👍
The team let me order before they officially opened this morning and mama made my chorizo breakfast burrito by herself. Flavors are incredible, Tortilla is crisp, this is the best burrito I’ve had on the east coast hands down.
