I may have encountered this chain in England but I don't recall eating there. The food is excellent, well-seasoned, fresh, exciting but not threatening. The portions are small, but it's great for a little pick-me-up, which is what we needed. We ate outside in pleasant surroundings near the water.

They need to hire more competent staff. The guy serving us (with a beard) ruined our meal. He was even discriminating amongst people in our group by being rude specifically! Unbelievable. Neighboring table guys saw him not taking our order properly and turned around and told us how terrible he seemed at his job to them Also! So a decent meal can be completely ruined by bad staff.

Not my bowl of ramen. I ordered the short rib beef ramen. The presentation was nice, and the rib was cooked nicely and tasted beefy. However I did not care of the noodles, toppings or the soup. I don’t think this is a place to come for a bowl of authentic ramen.

Came here with a party of 9. My friend and I ordered our food and waited until everyone else on the table got their food and finished before we even got our order to our table. They didn't even bring water to the table for everyone, I had to ask another waiter from another table to bring us water twice! And after they made us wait, the manager didn't even apologize to us for the mistake and was honestly very rude about it. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received at a restaurant and I really wish I was able to give 0 stars.

VERY AWFUL SERVICE I came to Boston for a weekend vacation and I was recommended to wagamama. We sat for 10 minutes and they did not bring us water until we asked for it. They messed up a few of our orders. We were a party of 9 and me and another person waited an hour for our food. We got our food after the other 7 people finished their food.

I ordered the Raisukaree curry and it was so flavorless I almost thought I had COVID. I don’t like to return my food because I feel like a Karen so I asked for salt. Still, the food just had no flavor besides the salt I added, so I asked to return it and order something else. The chicken teriyaki turned out to be ok. Still, I was shocked that they still charged me for the curry, that I barely touched because it was awful. This was not the best way to celebrate my birthday and my new job! Terrible service and flavorless food. The other Wagamamas in Boston are considerably better. If you’re in the Seaport area, there are much better restaurants to try out, with better food and service.

Wagamama was surely amazing from the ambiance to the food! i ordered the chicken chicken ramen and it was delicious though i do suggest adding a bit more spice. the vegan ramen was delicious as well, no complaints there. the bao was alright, it got very cold very quick BUT the chicken wings were amazing!! our waiter was unfortunately not so friendly and i almost felt like he didn't enjoy his job. restrooms were pretty clean as well. in essence, i was extremely satisfied with the food an experience in the end!

Really light day with most tables empty but they still couldn't get the orders filled. Similar to another customers's experience where we had to keep chasing down our orders. Unfortunate to have this experience but it also ruins the entire evening for us so a review is justified. Looks like many other tables got their orders quickly so may be just this one waiting staff person. Place has so much potential though. Edit: Kudos to the company for reaching out by sending me a nice message. Just for that I'm adding a star and making sure people know someone there does care for customers. Thanks.
