Worst Wendy’s experience of my life. Visited on a Sunday night. No one was taking orders. After waiting for 10 mins I asked an employee if there was someone taking orders (everyone was working on drive thru and DoorDash orders). A male coworker turned to me and replied “yea” smh. I responded that I wanted to place an order. He placed my order reluctantly. Every customer inside that day was waiting over 15 minutes for their orders to be filled. Worse food experience ever...drive thru is horrendous...the interior is a ☠️ death ☠️ zone. Customer service is optional but the management is tge main reason for the bad experience. Not making sure they are providing top notch quality ??Parking: Awkward shape causing traffic ⛔?

This Wendy’s is a nightmare. No one behind the counter will talk to people waiting for food. Put in an order on the app to be ready ASAP and it took 30 minutes with zero communication. When I asked if they even had my order, an employee shrugged at me. It got to the point where door dash drivers went behind the counter to take food fromthe mobile order stand that was not accessible to non-employees.
