Stopped by for a beverage after work with colleagues. Very noisy, way too many TVs, echo from the mall hallway. Excellent selection of food and drinks. Waitstaff are kind and do the best they can when they’re slammed. Just not my scene in the end.

We had to return Thanksgiving due to a snow storm. Ordered three turkey dinners from the Yard house, and the biggest load of rubbish I ever had , really? cheapest sandwich turkey , Pasta etc all complete ...... Staying in the Hotel was a captive ....... Jeffrey Alan Alexander De Houghton room 3528

Great food. What is not great is finishing the nacho appetizer with no silverware or napkins. The fish and chips were great. What was not great is nursing the same DR. Pepper the entire hour. It’s hard to eat a spicy entree when you don’t have a drink, and you had already finished your wife’s drink too. What’s not great is trying to chase down your server through half the restaurant for a refill to finish your fish and chips in front of a full restaurant. The poor service ruined the entire experience.

On arrival the service was very poor , we waited a long time to get served. I wanted to leave my wife said we should wait. The food and drinks were good , so glad I did as I was told.

This is the typical Yard House, which lately I’ve found to not be all that great. The service here is very impersonal, rushed, and insincere. The menu is the typical that all their locations have and the cocktail list is actually pretty nice. The drinks we tried over the two days we stopped in were nicely made, but the service was off-putting. The location of this restaurant is inside of a large Marriott, which was very nice. We only came here because we were staying at the Marriott Copely.

Horrible service . Order our drinks first . Everyone’s drinks came except one waited 25 mins . Got my food before my drink asked server about it and she blamed it on the bar . Why would one of our bar drinks come out before the other when they were on the same slip . Instead of owning it and saying she forgot to put it in she placed blame on others . Then proceed to dodge the table the rest of the night .

I don't know, I ate from here 11/9. A Cesar salad w salmon and sweet potato fries and next day I am on toilet having diarrhea for 4 days non stop… not to mention I was told they have a big hole behind their fryer w a dead fuzzy rat that apparently no one did anything about. Not sure if that is a recent thing or past

Easy stop in for a drink and appetizer, weird feel being in the hotel lobby area, kinda feels like you’re in an airport. Good food and service, diverse seating options
