We got to our hotel (Marriot Copley) around 10:30am. Jaho was right next door. So we thought “why not”. So glad we did. Thankful we did!!!! I had the salmon bagel (lox). Never, have I ever had a bagel that good. It was so amazing. My husband had a turkey sandwich. Which, we LOVED. We are going back before we leave Boston!

1st time purchasing a decaf cappuccino at JoHo, and I was not disappointed. It was a a bit weaker than those I've had in other Back Bay cafes, but it was very good nonetheless. The barista was very personable, and I appreciated the option of a ceramic mug vs a paper cup, which are usually lined with plastic.
Delicious well made cortado. Lots of seating and electrical outlets.

Back Bay - Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar is a highly regarded coffee shop in the Back Bay area, known for its exceptional coffee and friendly service. Baristas take pride in their craft, ensuring a great experience for every customer. The café offers a variety of drinks, including the popular Salaam Dark Roast and Black Derby Dark Roast, as well as lattes, which taste best in the 12-oz size with a double shot. Non-dairy options are available, catering to different preferences.
Food options include the well-loved egg & cheese sandwich on a plain bagel and tasty empanadas. While the honey cake and apple blanket receive mixed reviews, they are still worth trying. The iced kulfi is a decadent beverage, creamy and not overly sweet. The atmosphere is generally conducive to socializing and studying, although it can get noisy during busy hours. There are various seating arrangements, including quieter nooks ideal for work or conversation. Jaho’s location near hotels and the Hynes Conference Center makes it a convenient spot for both students and professionals. Overall, Jaho is recommended for its great coffee, delicious food, and inviting ambiance.
