I typically don’t leave reviews for retail experiences, but the kindness and professionalism I received yesterday inspired me to make an exception. Emily helped me, asking intentional questions that had me in and out of the store in under 15 minutes with exactly what I needed: a new machine. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond in every interaction. Every visit to this store has been positive, but Emily was a real standout.
I came to Nespresso because I purchased a new machine and wanted to figure out which pod flavors to order and the staff was super helpful. The store is beautiful and everyone was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Special thank you to Gleb and manager Emily for making my day with a special surprise and addition to my new condo ☺
