No idea why this place has such good reviews. Waited 20 min for a black iced coffee. Server returned three times because she kept forgetting what I ordered. Bad service seemed to be the norm accross the board. The atmosphere was a general "we don't give AF". Never again.

We drove 2.5 hours to have Brunch at Zia Gianna's. Well worth the wait. We ordered an assortment of menu items and couldn't leave without grabbing dessert for the road. Fresh bread, quality ingredients and delicious food. Felt so inviting sitting there and of course a quick chat with Nino. We will be making a point of planning our next trip to the area so we can partake in some of the other main dishes for a lunch . It was a perfect start to our day.

This place has a nice ambiance, sweet and wholesome staff, and good food with reasonable price. I got a nutella latte and a huge flavorful sandwich. Great breakfast I have had in while! Will definitely be back!

We had one of the best breakfasts I can remember in a long time. The ambiance and friendliness of the wait staff were superb. I can’t wait to return, even though I live 20 miles away. ❤️

Very nice breakfast nook in the neighborhood. Had a delicious meal with good service. The place has been done over, even the bathroom is nice and well kept.

I have to start by raving about this place. I am a coffee freak and extremely obnoxious so my taste buds tend to be offended at a lot of coffee stores. But Zia Gianna's coffee smacked, i was shooketh. Boston has it's decent spots, and by decent I mean I would give them three stars and they would also manage to charge me 8 dollars for a 12oz drink. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed, the folks there were honestly so kind talking with you as they made you your drink and food. And now to the pancakes, they were so good. I remember I was extremely nervous that day as it was going to be my first day at my new job, they made me feel so relaxed, by the time I left I was literally in the seventh plane of heaven (if that is even a thing). The vibes are so cute, they are absolutely welcoming no matter what and you can just be comfortable being yourself. I will be coming back and I recommend you try it out too! It might be your new fave spot in Dorchester.

Truly a magical spot. I came here with my partner for a sweet birthday brunch. The staff is friendly and kind. They gave us a birthday pancake and celebrated along with us. The food is absolutely delicious, the ambiance is bright and homey with lots of plants. The vibe has small-town feels without being exclusive. Super grateful for this spot and the amazing staff working here.

Such a wonderful gem! This place has such a bright and happy vibe. It's a family owned business and they are so kind. They greet you with the warmest welcome, and so nice to see that they are so friendly with everyone. I had the meatball and marinara sandwich with a side of salad. It's delicious, the cheese is very melty and yummy. The meatball is really juicy and flavorfull. The marinara sauce was really delicious. The bun was a big one, but fresh! I also ordered the vanilla lavender "lavanda" latte. I think the coffee flavor should be a bit stronger and darker, next time I'll order double shot or something. They have wifi as well. Definitely will be coming back. Looking forward to seeing what other goodies they have in store :)

Had their artichoke fritata and their latte this morning. Both excellent. and the home fries were also very good and the bread crusty and good. Nice atomosphere. Great place for a special breakfast.

Great food and Coffee. Great customer service. Authentic Italian atmosphere. Wonderful establishment all around! You have to go and try them for you self. You won’t be disappointed!

food and coffee on good side of mediocre, frittatas way too salty, staff is kind but easily overwhelmed when a line more than two deep forms. lots of kitchen mistakes and weird amateur moves like three people trying (unsuccessfully) to share alexa voice timers to remind themselves of kitchen timings. staff often had to return to confirm details of our orders, had no idea who ordered what and instead made assumptions. I observed a group wait 20 minutes before ANY staff talked to them then storm off when informed that there were no tables and they'd have to wait (some less scrupulous diners had skipped the line and gotten attended ahead of them). owner shrugged it off like these people were just too entitled. too many better places to eat. only plus here is cozy decor and atmosphere.

The coffee was pretty good. The sandwich left much to be desired. Only reason I'm not giving it three stars is because it's a quaint, welcoming place with bright decor. Would go again, but only for coffee.

A fantastic breakfast/brunch in a friendly, comfortable European style cafe. A broad variety of excellent frittata dishes. The pancakes are outstanding as well.

This place is awesome for breakfast! I had the vegetables potatoes and fried eggs topped with cheddar cheese. It had fresh spinach with a hint of pesto. I was completely blown away!
