I live around the corner from this location, so I unfortunately frequent this Dunkin often on my way to the hospital where I work. The lady who who takes orders for the drive thru line is, hands down, the rudest person I've ever encountered. This morning 11/24/23 at 5:30 am, I was waiting at the intercom for several minutes and there were multiple cars behind me. I came in the store wanting a coffee and a jelly donut. Upon looking at the donut showcase, a fly was on the jelly donut and flying around. I told the counter person that a fly is in there, her reply and another staff person spoke, too, "There is nothing we can do, the case is open". I said that is disgusting and just ordered my coffee. What would you do? Why is this allowed?

The worst of the worst. I've been going to Dunkin for 40 years. Wow. You can't find anyone else to work here other than these horrible people? Robots would be better. Honestly. Get the robots. Or anyone else.
