This place is great but ever since the new construction inside, it looks absolutely horrible. They got rid of the soda machine to “save money” and you have to disturb the workers so they can give you a refill. Not to mention the seating, it is not good at all. Just go and use the drive thru or go to another mcdonalds. BRING BACK THE SODA MACHINE!!!

Sagamore McDonalds, by Park and Ride Major Bus Stop. April 2, 2024, They are open at 5 am. Knocked on main entrance door, lights on, no one responds. Then go to drive thru and place order with woman attendant who acknowledges order. Go to pickup window and no one shows up. Waited for a few minutes, no one else on line. Left to catch bus. Wasted my time with lazy and irresponsible staff. Fire them.

Food was ok but they completely messed our order up. Sorry but just being honest.Vegetarian options: I don't eat vegetarian but I have noticed places like McDonald's trying to be more accommodating to vegetarians in recent years.Dietary restrictions: Calorie counts and fat clearly labeled per item.Kid-friendliness: This particular one had a play place for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp outside and wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

You gotta love a franchise business with friendly, helpful employees who go out of their way to make suggestions and problem solve. Due to the recent storm, this location was without internet, so mobile orders and the ability to earn points via the app were down. Without prompting, the person taking drive through orders suggested a strategy to help me save money and told me how I could make sure I earned points after the fact. Super nice and efficient service!

I shop here a lot and will continue. Unfortunately I had a desire for a filet-o-fish today. The sandwich wasn't how I remembered, they didn't seem to have steamed the rolls. I hope it was a mistake and not the norm. A little disappointed.

I get it’s McDonald’s but I got 2 mcchickens and a McDouble, for $9.xx. So already overpriced and my McDouble was dripping grease off both buns, I’ve never seen anything like it at any other McDonald’s.

I understand that finding people who want to work is becoming quite hard so my experience was kind of expected... The man at the counter who tried to take my order to go could not speak English at all... Another employee finally noticed what was happening and came over to take the order.. That was after several mins of trying with the other employee.. I spoke with the manager who didn't even try to apologize but simply said he was not supposed to be left alone at the counter.. That was the extent of his response...How he ended up a manager with a one sentence response is unknown...I have no problem with someone trying to learn another language but how can McDonald's expect someone who cant speak any English to learn this way.. This a fast food joint and I have no desire to spend my time correcting someone who can't speak our language... Either keep an English speaking person with him at all times like you said was supposed to happen or not.. This was a lunchtime crowd who started to build up a line of people behind me waiting to place an order.. I'm usually not in a hurry and I really was being kind to the poor guy .. It was only the managers lack of a response to that question 3 times that got me aggravated .. At that point the man who couldn't speak English was more deserving of being a manager than the one who was.... If your not good in dealing with the public perhaps a warehouse job would be more appropriate , lol... I got more out of the gentleman trying to learn another language than the one who already spoke it...
