I recently visited this restaurant with my son, searching for something both affordable and delicious—and we found just the right spot! The gyros here are simply fantastic. A friend picked up lunch at BHOP and I had the roast beef. It was amazingly, melt in your mouth good! I have been back multiple times now.

Girl at the front with piercings is extremely rude and dismissive. Asked a simple question and was given an attitude and she was acting like I was inconveniencing her. Also I came out to lunch her with my mother my mother and baby, because my mother has been taking care of my grandmother who is very sick in the hospital right now. My point of saying that is that you never know what someone is going thru and we came In this restaurant with smiles and were nice and respectful. I am the first one to admit when I am in the wrong about something. Of course everybody probably says that nonetheless there was no need for the rudeness completely uncalled for especially when we spent over 80 dollars. 60 for our meals and we ordered more to take home to my other 2 sons. We used to come to BHOP every week when I was a kid and they were so nice and kind and had awesome deals! We were told we cannot use the $10 off coupon because we weren’t rewards members. Ok fine we offer to sign up and she rolls her eyes and says “you won’t get it today anyway” then another employee starts chiming in and saying “yeah you may as well just use it next time”. When we finally got to our table we realized that it took about 5 minutes to sign up for the rewards program and we could indeed use the coupon has we waited. Anyway the food was delicious and there was a really nice woman working as well. I hope that others have a better experience and I hope that if my family or myself do choose to come back that her service is different.

To be honest they could’ve served me a cardboard box and I would still rave about the service I received today (which mind you the chicken gyro I had was absolutely fantastic). I ended up going here in a rush and frantically ordered the first thing I could think of and mistakingly ordered a traditional gyro despite the fact I don’t eat lamb. I called once I saw what I got and she told me it’s fine, “don’t worry about it I’ll make you a new one.” I’ve been having a rough day and this kindness will not be forgotten. I already would’ve returned for the food because it was delicious and the prices are great, but on top of that, the kindness and thoughtfulness that was shown is something I will never forget. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and I’ll have to say this one proved in so many ways that they care about their customers.

A loyal customer to this place for years, today I ordered a large Pizza and chicken finger dinner.

Pizza was fine, however the chicken finger dinner was cold and food didn’t taste fresh. One of the owners got on the phone and was EXTREMELY RUDE. It was a woman, don’t know her name because she didn’t offer it however- she was extremely defensive and argumentative. Basically telling me I’m the only person who told her that today as if I am trying to get over with a freaking chicken tender meal. Are you kidding me?! How offensive, It doesn’t matter if I’m one out of a million in a day the fact is my 12 year old and myself split one chicken finger and ate about three fries and came to the same conclusion that the food didn’t taste as fresh as it normally does is all that’s needed. I spent $40 plus bucks on a large pizza and chicken finger dinner. The price isn’t the problem however her attitude towards me was.

She did offer to recook the food and pick the other plate up however after how rude she was being I chose not to want it. Why would I want someone who has so much negative nasty attitude and rudeness recooking my 12 year olds food. No thanks! I asked for at least a partial refund not even a full refund and they still could have picked the food up, she argued me down to let me know that was money out of her store and she wasn’t doing that. AGAIN, I’ve been a customer here for 10 years- I’ve spent an abundance of money at this establishment and HIGHLY disappointed by the treatment I received.

Never AGAIN will Braintree House of Pizza get a single Penny of my money. Staple of the Braintree community or not the Owner is COMPLETELY RUDE AND TREMENDOUSLY LACKS CLIENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. My advice is don’t treat your “little loyal “ patrons nasty when we are a LARGE part of the reason as to how you still have a restaurant standing with lights on.

Outstanding pizza service is top shelf

We love BHOP, we have been coming here for years. Tonight we ordered a Greek salad with steak tips and curly fries and a cookie. The steak tips were definitely not how I remember them this time? They didn’t even seem like they were cooked on a grill. We would like to just get a chicken salad instead, please let us know about account credit. Otherwise we love this place for takeout and delivery thank you

I had my daughters Graduation catered by them, I got chicken broccoli alfredo, Chicken with rice and sausage peppers onions and paste. I needed this by 11:00 am and they don't open till then they had a whole crew come in and get it ready for me, just amazing. everyone at the party loved the food so much and wanted to know where it came from, they all will be going there from now on. To say the least the party was a success thanks to them, well done BHOP you are the best and you never let us down.

I tried BHOP about a month ago. First time ever. After a month, I will not be going back. I know when I'm made to feel uncomfortable and not welcome. A bit of advice from a disabled vet, being kind is not hard, don't be jealous when you're not the recipient of it. Dirty looks go a long way. People can be kind without expecting anything in return. Not all people have alterior motives, lol. The owner needs to work on her people skills. The salads taste pretty good and the staff keep her in business. Have a nice day.
