“I've tried a few different subs here: the breakfast sandwich, steak and cheese, chicken club and chicken teriyaki. The breakfast sandwich is a good value because they use fresh eggs and its' only like $3. So if you are going to get a cofee at dunkin donuts then I would get your breakfast sandwich right next store at charlies. But the steak and cheese is pretty good. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki...the sauce they use is awesome. Charlies also has some good fresh lemonades. The only thing I am not crazy about are the fries. they taste like frozen fries and don't taste like fresh cut. But overall I really like the subs here“

“Haven't been to this place in years but, boy sm I glad I did. Got a steak onion and cheese sub at 8 AM, because I could order that at what would be other shops " Breakfast only" time. Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.“

“Hostile to customers. Unprofessional, poor solving skills. Arguing with a customer in the presence of others. Use of profanities/swearing at a customer. Some racial undertone, especially from the chef, who also appeared to be in charge. Chef at this location(Westgate mall) appeared to lack proper problem-solving skill, poor anger diffusion and channeling skill. If this is how customers are treated, then there isn't much to desire about your service. Unfortunately!“

“Located in a very clean modern plaza. The guys were awesome this morning. You see them cooking the food in front of you. The food was made quickly and tasted amazing. I've never heard of this place before, and will stop by again whenever I'm in Boston!“

“I have been a long term fan even tho this location (the nearest) is 30 min away and today was a prime example of why I will make that drive everyday. The bacon shipment was just not good this week, no fault of anyone and the workers went above and beyond to cook it more for me.“
