“I Was in line waiting to be waited on ,Everyone behind the counter were so nice and professional to the customers except the older lady making sandwiches. I got the vibe that she was rude & racist the way she was carrying on with certain customers, I would still recommend this store.“

“12:50 pm 7/18/25 Exceptional service both coffee and breakfast sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. Not all Dunkin’s are the same, some don’t go the extra mile or actually put in effort for you order. A few Dunkin’s I went to slapped my sandwich together and didn’t toast it at all, bacon all on one side… But not this one. I was really hungry and you guys made my food and coffee exactly how I was hoping you would. I will return, Thankyou !!!“

“The Braintree Dunks is a good one. They are friendly and it has a big dinning area with tables and one table has a plug very convienent. They close early at 7 pm but for where its located and what they serve thats a fair time. Overall very good rating.“

The girls that are always working there know how to make my coffee, exactly, right, even when I order through Doordash.☕💯👍 ICYMI: Depending on the food, service, and the atmosphere; it depends on who's working that day..🤷‍♀️ sometimes it's the girls that are always there and sometimes young ppl on the weekends, I believe!?🤔“

“I don't go to this one often but it's right by my job. Every time I have gone I order ahead and my drink is always ready waiting for me. They have never made a mistake they are always kind say good morning how are you thank you for coming very polite and do their job great and I absolutely love coming here“

“Me my gf and our friend came here for lunch. I had a chocolate glazed donut and a medium ice coffee. My gf had a medium ice coffee with a bagel and our friend had a bagel with cream cheese. A small hot chocolate. The food was good and the floors were clean. The parking lot is small with no drive thru. It has handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance.“
