Ok so I’m not the type to complain, but if I put sauce in the online order it’s not just there to be ignored. What’s the point of being able to build and customize ur order online if the people building it are just gonna ignore the simple stuff like making sure I have sauce.

It’s a fast food chicken joint in a mall, I don’t know what other people are expecting. The chicken is really good, the fries are really good, the biscuits are pretty good, the mac & cheese is OK, and the Dr Pepper is cold. My kid and I stuffed ourselves for $16.

So this place is inside of a mall in the food court. Not easily accessible and certainly not the place you see in the picture and most of the comments are fake. I found out the hard way on my lunch break and it just seems like these people getting paid to leave reviews are screwing things up. If it wasn’t for them then I would have probably seen a post that stated this restaurant is in a food court instead of wasting my time. Whoever posted the picture, I blame you. That is...
