I was back in Adams Village today (my old neighborhood) and as I crossed Gallivan Blvd, my 4 year old said “mummy!!!!!!! look at the smiley faced balloons!!!” I pulled over and asked the woman at the register if she would be willing to sell me one of the balloons with my coffee order. She immediately cut one off and gave it to my little boy. It made his day, and the wonderful banana hazelnut coffee made mine. ❤️
Snickerdoodle iced coffee
I don't get why this place is so popular - lots of people coming in while we wee there. I guess people really like their sweetened flavored iced coffee drinks. Pastries are plastic-wrapped and ok. No seating in this one, and they have has and no bathroom (a friend commented that they'll fill you up with fluids, with no place to empty out - TMI, I know).

The shop is small but mighty, with fast, efficient service and flavored coffee options, including vegan milk choices. The pumpkin cake and breakfast sandwich are popular, and the iced coffee is decent. While there are no seating areas, the coffee is only $1 and worth trying. The local vibe is lively, with people chatting while waiting. The place is fully accessible with no stairs, though the design feels unfinished in some areas. Currently, the shop is renovating and will reopen on October 11th, 2024. Despite the rough edges, many consider it one of the best coffee places around, with consistently perfect cups and friendly service. Free street parking makes it easy to grab a quick caffeine fix on the go.
