The food is great, however the girl who took our order clearly does not have any regard or concern for people who have a severe allergy and was not willing to accommodate an order. The accommodation had been done last time by a much nicer person but the same was not reciprocated this time which is very troubling and disappointing.

Very disappointing. Went to the Scoop a few times this season. Each time there were only two people working! I don't know why the service has deteriorated this season. Only one person was taking orders while ONE person was filling orders. The pickup order waiting area was jammed. We love the ice cream and the workers were nice, but they need more staff! Wait time is ridiculous.

I wish I took a picture of my scoop! New flavor: sea salt caramel cookie was 12/10. Highly recommend if you are looking for a treat after dinner. The Brewster general store is just next door and is a cute place to visit.

Almost everyone was very happy about their scoop flavor! Specifically the coconut almond joy one. I had a coke float and thought for the size it was a bit overpriced, but otherwise nice spot and pretty fast for the line/crowd.
