We’ve been coming here for almost 30 years and have loved every moment. We don’t expect perfection, but we always get perfection as we feel it is. Maybe the staffing was difficult at times during Covid, but they always tried their hardest and we were very happy. And the food is always delicious. We love to come here, and not only feel lucky to be able to, but also feel fortunate to bring family members and friends who have enjoyed and love the restaurant too.

Food is excellent. (Most recent visit we had the chicken snd the tuna -- both perfectly cooked. Service is top rate and ambience is perfect. Worth every penny and more. Highly recommend.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or EXPERIENCE at THIS RESTAURANT…We had the worst dinner experience this past Saturday at Chillingsworth Bistro and Tavern in Brewster. It was my birthday and my husband made reservations for a party of 6. We had last been there during Covid and the food at that time was fair but we chalked it up to Covid. For decades, guests have loved coming here, enjoying delicious food and feeling fortunate to share it with family and friends. The bistro side offers an amazing dining experience with upscale food in a welcoming, not overly formal vibe. Staff is very nice and accommodating, always trying their hardest to make every visit wonderful. Vegetarian options are available, and the restaurant happily adjusts for food restrictions. Chillingsworth remains beyond fabulous, a place where nothing has changed but time.
