The actual coffee itself is delicious, especially when I get an iced latte with caramel which is my usual order. However, recently I ordered one for delivery from this store, which I hadn't done before, and unfortunately I received a medium size (when I ordered a large) with a note saying they ran out of large cups. While I appreciated the message - and not to sound like a cheapskate - but I think when you pay for something in advance it's important to receive it unless...

I always ask for extra caramel in my coffee and never get it at this location. It’s super frustrating to have to go back and hear “oh you want more?” No, I want what I ordered and paid for.

My favorite Dunks by far. My order, be it food or coffee, is made properly 99% of the time. You like runnin' on dunks? This is the location. Moreover, most of the employees are so darn friendly! Absolutely love starting my days here (((:
