The food is absolutely delicious! The owner is the former owner of La Casa de Pedro (now closed) but it was Watertown's best restaurant. Highly recommended!
Pedro’s is 100% the real deal! Mind blown with all the deliciousness in his ingredients and preparation. The tacos, cilantro sauce, hot sauce, home made soups…You can tell he’s been surrounded by good cooking for a long time. Do not skip over this place…hands down a winner 🏆

Pedro's Street Food Truck is a fantastic food truck in a great location. This is the best Latino owned food truck in Boston, and the best kept secret of the area. The food is absolutely phenomenal, flavored to perfection, and the wait time is never too long. The staff is always friendly and the service is excellent and very personable. Customers have tried several plates, arepas, and quesadillas and loved all of them. The beef is super tender, the pulled pork is perfectly flavored, and the steak is especially tender and perfectly cooked. The crispy yucca fries and yucca fries are also amazing, and the plantains are like candy. The Havana Cuban Sandwich, the Carne Asada Plate, the Chicharron Arepe, and the veggie quesadilla meal are all excellent. There is a nice tented area with benches and good music piped in, where you can even watch the world cup. The owner is really friendly and knows how to keep the customers happy and wanting to come back for more. If you don't live in the Brighton area, it is definitely worth checking out.
