“I have been a long term fan even tho this location (the nearest) is 30 min away and today was a prime example of why I will make that drive everyday. The bacon shipment was just not good this week, no fault of anyone and the workers went above and beyond to cook it more for me.“

Some racial undertone, especially from the chef, who also appeared to be in charge. Chef at this location(Westgate mall) appeared to lack proper problem-solving skill, poor anger diffusion and channeling skill. If this is how customers are treated, then there isn't much to desire about your service. Unfortunately!“

“I honestly don’t understand why some reviews are so negative. If I decide to order fast food, I’m going to judge it as fast food—and Charleys Cheesesteaks in Braintree definitely meets expectations in a good way.

The cheesesteaks are genuinely tasty and really good for the price. There’s plenty of cheese, and the portion sizes are great, especially since you can choose from three different sizes. The boneless wings were okay as well, maybe a bit too crispy, but still enjoyable.

Another big plus is the location inside the mall, where you can always find a bright, clean, and pleasant place to sit. Overall, a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal.“
