The food is great. Service is ridiculously slow. Every time I call ahead, I arrive, my order has NEVER been ready. I have to wait additional time and then people are just able to walk in and walk right up to someone to ask for their order, skipping the entire line which I don’t think is fair. It’s rude.
I’ve never had an issue with the service. Staff are very polite and professional (better than most caribbean restaurants you go to). One time I went with my husband and sat down to wait for our food and I enjoyed the atmosphere (the art, decor, family feel, and Haitian music videos playing on the big flat screen tv).The only downside i would have to say is the food.
