I have been a loyal Panera customer for years and have ordered from them countless times. Unfortunately, after several recent experiences, I've reached the point where I can no longer justify spending my money here.

Tiago and Kelly were very kind, was trying to place an order for a pastry feast with cash they did what they could and went above and beyond excellent customer service and clean environment!
Food was good service was standard but the tables were kind of greasy and not clean
