Don’t know why the reviews are so low because I’ve been here so many times and the bagels are amazing every single time. I get the Leonardo Da Veggie and god it is absolutely amazing, better than bagels I’ve had in NYC. Honestly the best I’ve had in my life, never an issue, always delicious!
This location has the best staff. They work so hard even though I often see very difficult customers there. Never an issue for them. They are working on a very warm building, I wish the owners would fix the ac for them, but these people are awesome. They all deserve a raise for how well under pressure they work.

I personally like this place...but it's a store that sells bagels. Most of the people who work here are nice...but they're over worked. I've spoken to some of them and they say that when it gets really busy it's a tough place to work. They also don't make much...I think they rely a lot on tips. It's a tough way to earn a living.
