Recent Reviews

After all my visits to Gyu-Kaku, this is the very first time I am extremely disappointed. When the waitress came by to place our meal order, we told her to come back in a few minutes. It was over 20 minutes before she came back. We hardly saw her again. Someone else had to bring us the check. The cuts of meat were not as usual, thinner and much less on the plates. They forgot to bring out two of the plates we ordered. At least we did not get charged for it. Maybe it was an off...

Special thank you to Bernice, Elvin, Kat, and Paula for making my first experience here so special! I did the all you can eat and let me tell you it's such a good amount of food for the price and everything I ordered was absolutely phenomenal! I will be back!!

Our waiter Elvin was super nice and helpful in explaining the menu to us as it was our first time. He was accommodating in swapping out the dessert for us as we didn't want the one that came with the set menu we selected. He consistently checked on us as well as the manager Wilson. Food was delicious and came out at a good pace. The cocktails were also pretty good! They came and sang "Happy Birthday" as well which was nice. Would definitely come back!
