Not only was the blueberry latte perfectly delicious but the barista realized he had given me the smaller coffee size in error and tracked me down at a nearby establishment to give me a second latte. Now, that’s superior service!
The pastries are amazing! But holy smokes the customer service was terrible. I walked in smiling, not one person welcomes you, asks you what you want, nothing. The girl behind the counter just kept looking at me with and annoyed face, I had to ask for assistance. When she checked out my food, not a thank you or anything. Honestly if you're gonna work with the public specially in the food industry you need a little more charisma.
Drove a few times from RI specifically to this bakery. They are running of many items very quickly. Glad that we can order some items prior and pick up on weekends. A bit on expensive side. The special croissants are great! Love their pastries too, not crazy about their cinnamon buns. Like their savory black squid ink croissant.
