I hope I am spelling correctly… and/but besides all other details about our stay that were very pleasant, Chris and Sarah were especially kind and helpful to our family during check-in. I believe we would absolutely stay again. Thank you.

Started off as a dream but turned into a nightmare. 1st 2 nights here were great until
the hotel decided to book a large group of what appeared to be pre-teens and placed them all on the 9th floor. They constantly run the halls, slamming doors, and talking loudly. On the 1st night that I complained to the front desk, the young lady that assisted me was very sympathetic and payed for dinner for both myself and my 2 team mates. The noise however continued well after midnight....read full review

Chopps Italian Steakhouse and Bar offers a mixed experience. The menu features a variety of tasty options like veggie omelette, salads, shrimp scampi, and onion rings. Service was highlighted for being fast and helpful, providing a great dining experience. Staff was very attentive and pivoted gracefully. The chicken parmesan and the steak were great. The amount of fried calamari was pleasantly surprising and the chocolate cake was delicious. However, some customers noted the restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to delays. The food was not hot on one occasion. The ambiance has changed since its reopening, with the room now resembling a good pizza parlor more than a well-appointed restaurant. The tabletops are some strange laminate, and the chairs are just okay, giving an overall downbeat atmosphere. Despite these issues, the menu still offers delicious options and friendly service for a casual dining experience in the area.
