“I'm not going to fault them for never having an open table... they're busy, it is what it is. However, I don't like how pushy and demanding they are the minute you come in to take your order. Chill a minute, it's a big menu! We need a couple seconds to decide. The food is always tasty but sometimes the execution is wrong, sloppy, or lacking (I've ordered a rueban that had 1 slice of pastrami and nothing but sauerkraut... :( ).“

“One of the most flavorful meals I’ve ever indulged in! Love the vibes there, and that everything is healthy and organic. Impressed that the prices weren’t too high either! Was just traveling through Salem on vacation in September & glad I found this place. Highly recommend. (Pictures are of the Rainbow Harvest bowl and Blue Magic Smoothie) - which had a kick to it, but tasted like Christmas.“

“Cafe Nero never disappoints. The food and their cafe stores always deliver amazing coffee, lattes and sandwiches. Love this store location with its huge large viewing windows. Also, it’s so nice to be served by actual baristas that know really how to make a good latte and cappuccino. So much more exquisite than Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts. Just make sure to get in early and find a seat because it does get very busy and popular with the locals.“

“The person serving us on a line was impressively adept and efficient, while being quite friendly to everyone He turned out to be the manager. I was looking for dessert, but on the kiosk, under bakeries Nero wasn’t listed, in fact, hardly a thing was, so I planned to go without until I stumbled upon Nero on my way out. They bake fresh every day. It’s a very comfortable and relaxingenvironment and as noted above excellent service. He was serving an outrageous range of coffee, specialties, and the bakery goods looked carefully crafted. The chocolate cake was quite delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.“

“This place is very good! Unfortunately, the hours are incorrect. The “real” hours are hard to make out but are on the door, listing them as closing at 7 pm on weekdays and 5 pm on weekends. That being said, i placed an order on a weekday and arrived 15 minutes before closing to find the store empty and locked. It’s a shame because i really do think the juice here is the best!“

“I stopped by today for a quick pick-me-up, and this place absolutely delivered. My smoothie was incredibly fresh—packed with bright, natural flavors instead of that artificial sweetness you get at other spots. The blend was perfectly smooth, not icy or gritty, and you could actually taste each fruit without one overpowering the rest.
The staff was upbeat and welcoming, and my order came out fast even though they were busy. The shop itself had a clean, laid-back vibe that made it feel like a tiny getaway in the middle of the day.

“Obsessed with their smoothies. I’m a loyal customer who frequently visits. The major issue I have is they are unwilling to share the nutritional value of the smoothies. I track my macros and calories and have done my own back end assumptions based on what I order but it would be really helpful if they provided the facts. I’ve asked several times and I get different answers on the amount of protein fat etc as a health food shop they should provide this. Again the food itself is excellent. If anyone finds the nutrition value please do let me know!“

“Tried the Glow-Go at the Tewksbury Community Market today. What a refreshing drink!! Pineapple, mango, carrot, orange, kale and tumeric. The pineapple balances the kale and tumeric so nicely. I will definitely be trying the other flavors before they sell out next time!“

“The atmosphere is very playful, low lit and cozy. I could see myself coming here to work, grab a snack or hang out with friends. They have a few games like jenga and uno and a selection of food. I got 3 different types of the onigiri (Kani, Shrimp tempura, and baked salmon) and they were all fresh and delicious. I started with shrimp tempura and it was so good I went back for the other two. That alone will keep me coming back. The oreo milk was nice, but the onigiri were the stars. I would definitely recommend coming to try the food.“

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“This place is the definition of a HIDDEN GEM. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite after the gym and we came across El Bunker on Google. When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. I also got the guava shake and it was delicious and my boyfriend got a coffee with condensed milk which he loved.This place deserves more recognition for the quality of food and service they provide.
