“I LOVE this sushi place. I found it by accident one night on GrubHub for a sweet potato roll and it was perfect. I've been steadily ordering the same with a ginger ale for a year and it always tastes consistently fresh and full of flavor. The price is always great. Thanks for tasty late night food!

Edit: Also, went in-person with our baby one night and Jay and Chris were super nice and everyone was very welcoming.

“The smoothies are really yummy. They have good variety and protein options. They're each ~$9 give or take $1 and you get like 24oz which is a good size.

Tried an acai bowl and it was mid. ~$10 and didn't feel worth it. You can tell the acai portion was pre made for the day or frozen earlier because it has the slight freezer burn flavor. Fruit topping was good. Fine snack, but comparing to tbe smoothie, I'd rather get a smoothie. Buy acai bowls elsewhere.

The location is great. Ample seating, clean bathrooms, and service is consistently good - the workers are efficient and nice.“

“I shop consistently at this location, never have had any issues except I don't think the GM that runs this location has compassion for his young staff. I am mainly there on weekends and there is only 1 poor kid on whenever I go in there. They are overwhelmed and I don't think it's fair with the growing customers and online orders to be understaffed in this location. I feel that is setting a very unprofessional example of management down the chain. Please treat your staff like your kids, care about their physical and mental well being sir or madman. If that were their child working there and you knew that their manager did not manage the staff to make sure there is coverage as well as the cleaning up at the ends of the shift I am sure has to be sanitized and wiped clean for the next business day. Just saying from an outsider looking at the situation you need to be more tentative to your young staff because you couldn't run that place without them! Just be smarter about it.“

I love that their smoothies are actually smooth, sweet and pleasant to drink, especially hard to do considering how many fresh, healthy and fibrous ingredients they use. I'm so happy to have found a good smoothie place in the Boston area.“

But the prices here are insane. It's like $12 for a 16ounce. And more ($15) for other drinks at the same size!!!!

I've helped family members setup smoothie shops on Seattle in the past and we usually do $10 for 24ounces at least.

I understand the economy is bad but not every patron on Newbury street has old Boston back bay money.

I think if they decrease prices by a $1.50, they can be supremely successful with more customer traffic.“

The food and drinks were sooo delicious. 😋 I had the Bom Dia breakfast sandwich, while my friend ordered the Greek breakfast sandwich. “When you enter it’s a very nice vibe with good music, clean environment, window seating and a warm greeting. Healthy food menu options. I Placed an order for two chicken patties, as well as a milk shake. The restaurant also offer other patties like fish, and so on. Note often times if you want a certain quantity of patties you may want to call ahead to place an order as these patties are made there so they may not have what you’re looking for if you do not place an order in advance, or they may have a small quantity less than you would have wanted. The patties happen to be my fav, they are so tasty and pleasing to the eye, however there is a wider variety of food options. The milkshake I ordered was cookie dough and it was beautiful, and tasty, perfect consistency not too thick, not too sweet, just perfect. I think the prices are great for today’s economy or market. “I ordered a Power Boost bowl through DoorDash and overall the bowl itself was delicious. Upon receiving it, I discovered it contained walnuts (which I have an allergy to) and the ingredient info on DoorDash did not list walnuts. I reached out to the store and they immediately updated the ingredient info and offered to remake the bowl, which I really appreciated.

After looking into this further, my bigger concern is with DoorDash. There is currently no option during the ordering process to list a food allergy or request an ingredient be removed. The only note option available relates to substitutions if an item is unavailable, not allergy information.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, I would highly recommend ordering directly through the store rather than through DoorDash so you can communicate those concerns directly and the restaurant can handle them accordingly because the bowl itself is absolutely worth trying!“

“Pressed Cafe is a chain of restaurants specializing in a wide range of foods, such as health foods, brunch, or casual dinner plates.

The parking here is not great, though take-out orders are available. The inside is quite spacious, with a bar section as well as multiple seating in the back. The staff are friendly, and they pump out orders very quickly even when they have many orders to go through.

I typically eat here for lunch, and have tried multiple different options. I found the clam chowder to be average, the bread included was a bit too hard for my liking but did go well with the clam chowder. The Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese is really good, it's one of my favorites to get. The breakfast bowls and salmon toast is also very good as well.

Overall, its a great place to visit and eat for a casual brunch or maybe a quick dinner.“
