Had a great experience NOT while I had great food and loved the atmosphere customer service was lackluster. My meal was sitting on the counter and they skipped my number by at least 20. I asked for help and the waiter ignored me and helped the next person in line instead. Totally unprofessional will think twice before coming again
The food was great - but the service was slow & the front staff was definitely overwhelmed and lacked customer service. Additionally, I watched her confirm and check my order and part of my order was still missing. I’d only recommend place order ahead of time & pick up so you skip the service portion which was lacking.
