Been there multiple times, stupidly hoping for an improvement that never came. Diluted coffee served with an attitude. Have not tried their food, maybe it makes up for everything else? Because the vibe is also meh.

This and the Inman square location are the best coffee houses in Camberville. The staff are friendly and helpful, the coffee and tea are great, the tea is giving in a pot with a basket to remove so you can control how long you let it steep for. The atmosphere is the best, a real gem of Somerville and Cambridge, support them whenever you can!

Life Alive isn't allowed to sell coffee because they're next door to this place. Even though Life Alive is open until 10 and 1369 closes at 3. Nobody in Central square is allowed to have coffee because the owners of 1369 coffee house are so insecure they don't want anybody competing with them. Even though they literally close at THREE O CLOCK!!! Want coffee after 3? Too bad!!! 1369 won't open later and they won't let Life Alive sell it either.
