Hands down the best sandwich in Cambridge. The ingredients taste so fresh, the bread is out of this world. My only complaint is I wish they were open longer/ more often. I love this

Had a great experience ordering lunch for the office. Everything was well packaged and labeled and they were accommodating of allergies. Food arrived a little ahead of schedule and the driver was friendly and communicative. The subs are huge. The large could very easily feed 2-3 people. The bread is fresh and has a nice crusty texture. They missed one of my toppings, but not a big deal. Overall solid place for a sub and a good price point.

Thus place is unbelievable. Their subs are huge and delicious. It's a nice Location too...clean and it looks new. If you're looking for an Italian, meatball or chicken parm sub...this is your place. I live relatively close, so I often come here on my scooter.

FOOD REVIEW————————- Teriyaki sauce shouldnt be too tangy and salty, this steak Teriyaki sub was indeed that- The sub was cold, given I seen them prepare it, it’s unbelievable it was cold- The excess and unnecessary, I mean unnecessary amount of teriyaki sauce used really ruined it for me. I couldnt taste steak unless there was no teriyaki sauce which in some parts there wasn’t- Steak was seasoned like a white household, it was a Spanish staff. I expected better- The steak was cold and seasoned with like salt n pepper only, genuinely frustrating. I should be salivating at the mouth with the taste of the steak. Not making a face of anguish-$15 for some very mediocre, below average sub that was outside of the box but executed poorly- Extremely busy for no reason, everyone in there were paid actors. How could they even like that horrible restaurant. It’s all fake.- Visibly angry, someone close the storeI rate the sub a 3.8/10

A friend and I decided to stop by after seeing a horde of people carrying the characteristic yellow Al's bag in for lunch. Sandwiches are HUGE here, they aren't playing around.I got the bbq chicken sandwich which was alright. I wasn't the biggest fan of the chicken itself, it tasted kind of plain alongside the BBQ sauce. My friends sandwich (chicken pesto, I think) was much better tasting, so I think I just got the wrong one this time around. Will definitely be back for more.

The teriyaki sauce on my steak teriyaki sub was way too salty and there was way too much of it to the point where my sub was pretty much inedible. There was a good amount of steak on the sub, which might have helped make it feel worth the slightly above average price tag had there not been an insane amount of salt. However, there were almost no veggies and very little cheese. The bread was probably the best part of the sub, but even that was fairly average. I will likely not be returning, and if I do I will not get anything with their teriyaki sauce again. The dining area was also messy and disorganized and I did not see anyone wipe the counters or tables at any point over the 20 minute period that I was there. The redeeming factor for this place was the extremely friendly staff and great customer service.

Love this place. Great subs (they're huge - the photo is a small). And good value with chips and a drink.Several locations around Boston and Cambridge.Get the Special - prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil!

Another restaurant who penny pinches and offers Pepsi products and not Coke. Give people what they want. Not what you make an extra dime.

This is for delivery. Ordered the lunch small bag w/ Italian sub, chips and soda. The sandwich was ok, the French bread didn't taste super fresh and it was meager on the add ins (lettuce, onion, tomato, balsamic, olive oil). The sandwich in terms of size was generous (ordered a small, felt like a large). Delivery was prompt but came at a whopping $8 delivery fee, on a $16 order and 0.8 miles distance.

One of the best sandwich shops in Boston! They don’t mess around here, be sure to listen when you’re waiting for a hot sub because you are guaranteed to get flamed for being on your phone or not paying attention. Their hot pastrami is absolutely massive, and they don’t skimp on the meat. Bread here is considered top among sandwich shops in the area. This place is popping during lunchtime, but I think it’s always worth the wait.

I happened to stumble upon this place while on a break from my Uber shift and what a surprise, this place is small with not much seating but man the subs are SO WORTH IT.Fast service and great subs, I would 100% recommend the Steak Pizzaiola sub if you like a cheese sub with some marinara sauce, just make sure to grab some napkins because it’s very juicy ?
