My family and I were looking for a place to eat dinner and this was near where we parked, so we weren't looking for fine dining. Everything far exceeded our expectations. I would still consider the format to be fast-casual, but the atmosphere (served on beautiful ceramic plates!), service, and food quality were all many levels superior to other fast-casual places.

I tried one of the pita sandwiches and it was great, but the rotisserie chicken meal was really special. Artfully presented, quality ingredients, inventive flavors, and generous portions (I got about 4 meals out of it, for $40 at the time of this review). You can tell a lot of thought went into the menu. A cozy space and accommodating staff too!

First time visiting this gem. Atmosphere was cute and welcoming, a nice place to grab lunch. Lots of beverage offerings which is nice. I ordered the chicken shawarma pita to go. It was made in approximately 7 minutes. This was my first time ever having one of these so I honestly didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor profile. Lots of fresh ingredients. Big portion, and delicious. Staff was kind, smiling and approachable. I will definitely come back!

Amba is located in the first street parking garage. It's a nice little cafe serving breakfast, rotisserie chicken, salads, bowls, and pita sandwiches.

I've had the chicken salad pita, and the pita mac (upscale Big Mac). Both were excellent. They have a variety of canned soda and drinks, as well as coffee and pastries of course.

There are several outlets along the windows and under the upholstered seats to charge your phone or computer.

Parking: There is metered street parking in the area, as well as a parking garage. The garage is $5 after 5:00 pm, and all day on weekends.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door on spring Street has a doorbell, and staff will help anyone that needs it.

Really good Mediterranean food. Their rotisserie chicken that we chose for the street cart rice bowl has a lot of flavor, generously portioned, really tender. The rice itself was top notch too, lots of flavor in that alone. Fatoush salad paired nicely with the chicken too - not overly dressed, great salad. Zataar chicken tenders were veryyy crispy and well seasoned. Paired well with the zoug and dill ranch. The latkes are out of this world - crispy and flaky, well salted, goes great with some zoug and the sour cream that comes with it. Shout out to their amba sauce and zataar fries as well. Amba sauce packs a punch - kind of like a slightly spicy mango mustard sauce. Will be back to try more as everything we got was delicious. Outstanding new Mediterranean spot.

We ordered the 1/2 rotisserie chicken, roasted potatoes, shawarma fries and everything was delicious! Super tasty! It was our first time at AMBA and we were more than happy with our dinning choice.
Excellent service and cleanliness.
We will be back.

I got the arayes. They weren’t authentic. Wayyy too saucy. Was more of a Mexican-Mediterranean fusion if you’re into that kind of thing….

The chicken shawarma was soggy and lacking salt. Everything else was great, though! It's a good spot for a quick bite.

Perfection. The food is amazing, super tasty and the spiced pomegranate lemonade is to die for. The staff is some of the friendliest and competent I’ve ever had while the atmosphere is up-scale relaxed.
