What an absolute gem, traditional Italian brasserie feel with exemplary menu and high quality service and food. The arancini were the best I’ve eaten… the special ravioli pasta with shrimp and tomato cream sauce was genuinely one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had since in Boston! We can’t wait to come back.

Wow! Amazingly fresh, delicious Italian. New Yorkish cozy atmosphere. The Basil Gin Gimlet was one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Not cheap but worth it.

We went to Amelia’s Trattoria last night, and the food was delicious! We started with the octopus, and I had the vongole linguine, and my partner got the special (lobster ravioli). The dishes were well prepared, and they were generous portions!I will come back in the future!

Great service, but a claustrophobic space that makes it ill fitting for an intimate date night. The food was good, but not good enough to justify the price point. As far as Italian restaurants in Boston go, this one is very skippable.

I clean the place. Variety of flavors and meats. They serve an acceptable quantity and in some cases more than usual.

We came here for Valentine’s day and to be honest we almost walked out the second we saw our table. I have never been here before but it seems like they rearranged their seats to be all 2-person tables and had crammed as many tables in as humanly possible. The servers could barely get through between the tables. Our table was about 4 inches from the table on one side of us and maybe 10 inches from the other side. We actually had a conversation with the couple next to us (about how ridiculous the seating arrangement was) because we were basically at a 4-top. Super awkward. The person back to back with my partner was shoving his chair backwards into her seat. It was so uncomfortable. And it was freezing. I kept my winter coat on the entire time and every time the door opened it blew cold air inside. The food was fine but pretty expensive. If you are splurging on an expensive meal you at least want to be comfortable. I don’t think we will ever come back. They were trying to maximize their profits by squeezing as many tables in as they could but it definitely crossed the line. Too bad they chose maximizing business one night over getting a new regular customer.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Food was great and came out quickly + drinks were good. I let them know ahead of time my partner and I were celebrating 4 years and they treated us fantastic - we had a great time! Will certainly be back.

Nice local place. However, it was expensive. My salad was $15. It came on a chipped plate. It had a tiny amount of pair and a little blue cheese. The salmon was good, but I suspect that it was reheated from earlier. Wasn't cooked on demand for me. The dessert also the same. Felt like it was really reheated from being baked on the previous day. Chicken on the chicken parm also tasted reheated. The food was moderately ok, ambiance was cute, but overpriced for the food. Server was nice, but needy to work on her command of the menu.

Parking: No lot, or valet or on street parking associated with the restaurant. Up to you to find parking in this Cambridge residential neighborhood.

Dinner for all 6 of us after movie at Kendall Landmark Cinema nearby was quite good — salmon, mussels, beet salad, ravioli of the night, and nice variety of dessert offerings & cocktails. Service was attentive and really like the cozy atmosphere!Biggest concern is the noise level, especially when restaurant is full, making it hard for older folks like me to hear others not seated next to. Hope they return to discounted movie tickets if eat there as makes it more competitive w. other eateries nearby.

We made a reservation here for two for a celebration dinner tonite. The website asked if there was a special occasion and I replied "birthday." My 70th milestone birthday. My husband who is Abruzzese by birth and has many family members living in Abruzzo Italy chose the Carbonara dish and I chose the Ravioli of the Night dish. Both dishes were SWIMMING IN SAUCE which is NOT typical of Abruzzese dishes. Because of all the sauce, the flavor was lost in too much soupy sauce. The olive Primo was ridiculous, laden with way too many of the same type of green olive and some old arugula leaves. The restaurant should have offered a variety of olives with fresh arugula. We ordered the cannoli dessert and the panna cotta dessert which were okay. We also ordered two Limoncello liqueurs which were served in large glasses warm instead of chilled in small cordial glass. Limoncello is typically served cold. The restaurant was not at the level it should have been to be qualified as a true Italian restaurant and it seemed an insult to the Abruzzese to serve food and drink that was far less in quality as that offered in the Abruzzo region of Italy. This restaurant should know better. American diners may not know any better and may think this restaurant rocks but we are not in agreement. If management were paying attention to this review, they'd change their offerings to improve the dining experience for their clientele. And, my birthday never got even just a lit candle in the dessert. What's the point of asking if there is a special occasion???
