My partner and I went last night for a date dinner and the experience was lovely. I had the carbonara and it was nice and creamy, my partner had the bolognese, it was nice. It was kinda busy that they forgot to give us menus when we checked in, but we could overlook that as we had snagged a menu when we were waiting. Our waiter was super attentive and he was checking in on us even though it was a busy Saturday night. He gave us free dessert, and the tiramisu was delicious. Great...
Great to be dining outdoors at this outstanding restaurant, since indoors on weekends is phenomenally noisy and crammed practically shoulder to shoulder. We'll definitely be back here, but unfortunately not until next summer.
As always, the food was delicious. It was a bit warm in the dining room, though. Admittedly, it's the height of the summer, but I was uncomfortable. I'll be back when it cools off. (The bolognese is incredible!)
