I had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, the employees did not acknowledge me or ask what I wanted at first. I thought maybe they were tired or the store was about to close. When I finally tried to order, the employee assumed I wanted a cheese pizza without asking. I think customers should be greeted and asked what they would like.

Arams absolutely hit the spot after a late flight into Boston. Only a few spots were open and walkable from my hotel, and I’m stoked I picked here. This is everything you want in a no-frills, by-the-slice, basic pizza joint. Would absolutely visit again!

Stopped in for dinner and everything was delicious. I had an Italian sandwich the first night, the bread was warm, flaky, and honestly made a simple sandwich feel special. We even ordered pizza to go the next night! The pizza was made to perfection and easily an A+. Great service as well.
