I've had much better Blaze Pizza, and better service at other Blaze locations. The staff here weren't in any way rude, but they seemed mostly disinterested while the pizza was ultimately bland. Would not return for takeout

Ordered delivery. They messed up my pizza. Couldn't log a complaint online AND the phone number was disconnected. Had to walk to the store only to be denied a refund. Gave me a drink, like that made it okay...

The staff working on 06/30/2025 at 9:47 PM are consistently rude! They refused to take orders, even though some people were already placing theirs. They said, “He’s the last person,” and ignored everyone else. I will not be coming to this store again!

Dropped my pizza so they tried to make a replacement behind my back. The replacement barely had any toppings on it (literally only like 2 of each topping) and was burnt on the edges.

I started the transaction in good spirits I asked for my cheesy bread well done when initially ordering and even gave a 20% tip, then the Spanish lady with the curly hair who was cleaning the windows upon my entering the building was the one to remove my cheesy bread. I asked her to make it well done 3 times and she said no 3 times so I adamantly asked Her to make it well done and she proceeded to THROW my cheesy bread back into the oven and talk smack in Spanish the ENTIRE time. Then proceed to ask the next customer if they wanted theirs well done purposely so I could hear it.. Gave him a smile and wished him a nice day. I really don't understand what the big deal was to make my food well done but I will not be returning again. Thanks, no thanks.
