I had visted the place on the 22nd Nov and I had a very bad experience with the staff who make the pizza. I told the person to add a little bit more of cheese, they told they cant add more than 1 Ovalini Cheese, they also dont feel very welcoming and have no interest in making the pizza.
They literally say no to everything, if we tell them to add anything more then how much they want to add, they will not add and deny it.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, i would rather go to the Blaze Pizza at Fenway. They are so much better and more welcoming.

A pretty good place, we enjoyed the thin crust pizza and with the special it was fairly priced. What I did not appreciate is how it immediately started spamming me via texts and emails

I came in with my family on Friday night, November 7th, and the whole experience was disappointing. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, no smiles, no friendliness, just bad energy from the start.
I ordered meatballs for my dad and they automatically added ricotta cheese. I asked if they could switch it to mozzarella and was told no. The person at the register, who seemed like a manager, raised his voice and said that is what comes on the menu. No effort to help, no basic customer service, just attitude.
I really like Blaze and this location is close to my house, but I’d rather go somewhere else than deal with a team that clearly doesn’t care. Disappointing experience and not the vibe Blaze is supposed to have.

Overall, Blaze pizza is solid.
Pizza is fine and the best part of blaze pizza. I like that you can get as many toppings as you want.
Cinnamon bread is passable.
Smore pie is okay.
Chocolate chip cookie is okay.
Mexican fanta is as expected.

I love this pizza place! Their pizzas are always fresh and flavorful, and I really enjoy the “make your own pizza” concept — it’s fun and customizable. I’ve tried several of their pizzas both in person and through DoorDash, and the taste has been consistently great every time.
The garlic bread is also a winner — warm, buttery, and delicious.
Overall, definitely a must-try spot for pizza lovers!

Ordered delivery. They messed up my pizza. Couldn't log a complaint online AND the phone number was disconnected. Had to walk to the store only to be denied a refund. Gave me a drink, like that made it okay...
