How can Bon Me's bricks-and-mortar outlet be so much worse than their food truck? Their truck has delicious food, served up by friendly and efficient crews. On the other hand, there's this Fresh Pond store. Is counter service that difficult to master? The food is always mediocre, still half-frozen due to insufficient cook time. Why can't Bon Me transplant the service standards of their Kendall Square store to Fresh Pond? After several visits, I am done with...

The food at Bon Me was good but not great. The sandwiches lacked distinct favors and the level of spiciness was underwhelming. However, the vegetables on the sandwiches were very good saving what would have been an otherwise bland meal.

Flavorful and exciting "Asian-inspired" dishes. I have never been before but it was very good. Great portions too. Very clean interior and quick-thinking staff. Will come again.
