Cute lil cafe with good vibes, solid coffee, and yummy pastries. It may be a chain, but the Cambridge Caffe Nero manages to feel a bit more like a local indie coffee shop with it's cozy, comfy ambiance decked out with giant bookshelves, armchairs and couches, and ample seating. The staff is friendly and service is quick, so it's a great spot to either hang out for a long time while finishing a bit of work or to grab your morning cup of joe and continue on. The coffee...
This café has a really nice atmosphere with a modern artsy feel. The service is great; the staff will check in once I a while at your table to make sure you are satisfied.
It also makes for an excellent workspace, especially if you work remotely and want to work outside of your house.
My one critique is that they play their music really loud, which can sometimes make it hard to concentrate and hear conversations over the phone.

Standard coffee chain; nothing spectacular. I got a flat white. It was acceptable, although the beans were roasted to death (like Starbucks and probably every major chain out there). Service was slightly slow because only one person was taking the orders and making the drinks.
